A diet plan is very important in a person’s life. Without a diet plan, a person will gain excess weight or will be excess thin. So, there should always be a plan for what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat.

A healthy diet plan contains

  • Vegetables: vegetables are very important to eat on your diet, they help you to stay energetic
  • Fruits: at least eat 3 fruits a day, it will help you to glow your skin
  • Whole grains: whole grains contain lots of proteins and vitamins, it is very important to eat
  • Fat-free or low-fat dairy products: try to cut fat as much as you can do, dairy Products are heavy although they also have many proteins and vitamins that can help you it also increases fat in your body. So, if you want to loose weight that does not consume more fat, and if anyone to gain weight then they can surely consume it but in limit
  • Meat and eggs: Eggs and meat contains a lot of protein so if you are a non-vegetarian then you should eat eggs and meat at least 3 times a week
  • Fish: if you are a non-vegetarian then eat plenty of fish, because it contains Omega 3 fatty acids and a smaller portion of meat that can reduce the risk of diseases like heart disease and cancer.
  • Eat green vegetables: Green vegetables like spinach are very good for our bones. Eat at least one time a day. The best time to eat green vegetables is at breakfast or lunch.
  • Drink water: Water is very essential for our body and drinking more water helps you to purify your body internally. It also helps to glow skin.

When to eat? And how much?

We can make our diet plan easily, but we forget about when to eat and how much.

Start your day with a heavy breakfast so eat a lot of proteins, because to work for the whole day you need lots of energy. Then Lunch should also be heavy but not than breakfast, eat healthy vegetables and whole grains or meat, eggs, fish, etc. Then have some snacks in the evening time and then later dinner. Dinner should be always light because after dinner you are just gonna sleep and nothing physically you will do, so at night you will feel comfortable to sleep and the next day you will be fresh.
