Hello readers, today I’m going to talk about one word “regret” most painful thing in life. Firstly, we must know:
What is regret?
Regret is an emotion of sorrow or remorse which you experience in your life. Because of some wrong decisions you took or you chose some wrong options in your past life which if you hadn’t done your life would be on different path or it might have been better than it is right now!
It’s okay if you have it from your past life but always do remember. You must take important decisions by giving it a proper thought and you must not have it in your upcoming future!
What kind of regrets do we have?
Teenagers nowadays regret for wasting their time during this pandemic in which they could have leant many new skills. Or they could have stepped up in the field of their interests but instead they wasted most of their time enjoying playing games and watching series.
Adults regret some of their life decisions which they took during some point of life!
Biggest regret almost everyone has in their life is that they spent so much time thinking about how to please others and neglected their own needs which later turn into heaviness for not prioritizing themselves.
How to deal with regret?
1) It can be deal by identifying your weakness
Think about the point which you have compunction about and at which point you made a mistake and where was your weakness.
2)Regret is about learning from your past mistake
You might have done some mistakes but always think of your mistake as an experience and remember that and try your best to never repeat it.
3)Accept your responsibilities
We might have seen many people around us who don’t take their responsibilities seriously. Later they tend to regret it better we learn from others mistake and never repeat the mistakes that other did.
4)Challenge your thinking
